Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a Flight Training Device Lead to manage AIR5428 FTD/LE maintenance and operations at RAAF East Sale, delivering against MMP-S, ISMP-S and LMA value streams.

You will lead maintenance delegations, ensure compliance with directives, manage MCAM records, recruit and develop staff, and maintain secure, compliant workplaces while coordinating across sites.
