Hiring4Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Current South Wales to deliver home-based community nursing and provide clinical leadership for NDIS and aged care clients in our region. This part-time role covers fifteen hours per week with responsibilities spanning wound care, medication administration, and ongoing client assessment.

You will work closely with the Aged Care and NDIS teams, maintain accurate records, support staff training, and ensure compliance with AHPRA standards in a community
