THE ROLE An exciting opportunity to lead six Sydney boutiques for a sought-after Australian fashion business.

Reporting to the National Manager, you will inspire Boutique Managers, elevate commercial performance and uphold an exceptional standard of service and presentation. With autonomy to shape your region and exposure to broader retail strategy, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building your career within designer fashion.

Day-to-Day

- Lead, mentor and develop six Boutique Managers and their teams.
- Drive sales performance, KPIs and client experience across the region.
- Oversee budgets, wage costs, rostering and store operations.
- Champion elevated service standards, boutique presentation and client loyalty.




- Partner with head office on training, talent development and retail initiatives.
- The role combines regular boutique visits with a dedicated planning day, offering Monday-to-Friday scheduling and flexibility for administrative work.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Multi-site retail leadership experience, or a strong Store/Boutique Manager ready to step up.
- Background in designer, premium fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Commercially astute, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- A natural leader who develops talent and builds high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.

SALARY $85,000 - $90,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Monthly Bonuses
