Priceline Pharmacy Oran Park is seeking a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant for a customer-facing role predominantly managing the Lotto desk, with additional retail sales and shop floor duties.

The Role

Your main focus will be the day-to-day running of the Lotto desk, assisting customers with lottery purchases and enquiries, processing transactions accurately and maintaining a tidy, organised counter.

You will also support the pharmacy’s retail operations by assisting customers with product enquiries, processing sales, replenishing stock and maintaining displays.

Skills Required

- Friendly communication and robust customer service skills.
- Accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions.
- A reliable approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous retail experience preferred; Lotto experience highly regarded.
- Willingness to follow responsible lottery retailing procedures.
