Retail Assistant Westfield Liverpool Immediate Start
We are seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy Retail Assistants to join our team at Westfield Shopping Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with Samsung/Android devices, accessories, and product comparisons
- Provide knowledgeable advice on mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and other tech
- Maintain high merchandising standards, store displays, and stock levels
- Process sales transactions and handle general customer inquiries
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
Requirements:
- Retail experience preferred (JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, EB Games, Zing, etc.)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valuable understanding of consumer electronics and Android devices
- Well-presented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for weekend and late-night shifts
- Full training provided
