Our client is an established body corporate management business with more than 30 years of industry experience. Taking a hands-on approach, they work closely with committees and owners to deliver tailored management solutions. This opportunity suits an experienced, autonomous, business development-focused Strata Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of their portfolio.
The role

- Manage a portfolio of body corporate schemes.
- Build trusted relationships with committees, owners and contractors.
- Prepare agendas and minutes, and chair AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
- Bring on new business where possible with support from HQ
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting and levy matters.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, quotations and major works.
- Guide committees on by-laws, compliance and body corporate responsibilities.
- Liaise with legal advisers, engineers and other industry specialists.




- Maintain accurate records and provide timely, clear communication.

About you

- Previous experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio.
- A sound understanding of relevant body corporate legislation.
- Confidence chairing meetings and guiding committee decisions.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A calm, practical approach to resolving issues.
- A commitment to skilled, responsive client service.
