You will also work on exciting projects, including taking a lead role in the implementation of a new billing system (PBRC) from workshop participation through to user acceptance testing. Day to day, you might undertake the following tasks: * Lead daily operations* Manage specialised billing enquiries and processes* Generate, review and distribute key weekly and monthly reports* Oversee monthly close processes* Coordinate team workflows, distribute debt collection tasks, monitor performance metrics, and facilitate weekly team meetings and continuous process improvement* Participate in projects Classifications for this position will range from **HS4 to HS29 - $87,003 - $96,148.** **Your Contribution*** Proven experience in medical billing, practice management or medical administration* Strong understanding of Medicare and private health fund billing processes* Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.**What we Offer*** A focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programs* A healthy work/life balance encouraged.

The Billing Team operates within the Pathology Management section and comprises 7 FTE.
