Gold Coast Health is seeking a Nursing Director (Digital Experience) to lead the implementation and change management of clinical digital initiatives, shaping secure, modern care across our Gold Coast and northern NSW service area. You will provide authoritative advice on digital healthcare strategies, influence governance decisions and drive digital transformation within a 14,000-strong team, with permanent full-time employment and a base salary of AUD 184,991 per year plus super and leave
