What you’ll be doing
- Prep and service across a busy kitchen
- Maintain quality, speed, and consistency
- Food safety, cleanliness, and station management
- Working as part of a tight team (no passengers)
What we’re looking for
- Chef/cook experience (or strong kitchen experience with real pace)
- Calm under pressure and organised
- Pride in presentation and consistency
- Availability for nights + weekends
