We’re currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our rapidly growing organisation! We are committed to providing high-level service to our clients, so this role is a central part of the business as it will involve supporting the sales team, providing CRM guidance, and overall reporting and sales development.

Some of the key duties include (but are not limited to):

- Maintain end-to-end tracking of the sales pipeline and operational metrics, and deliver regular insights to the team
- Perform routine data entry and other office supportive tasks
- Collate and create sales analysis reports, along with keeping teams up to date on weekly data
- Provide support, training, and guidance for internal and external clients
- Develop and implement data collection processes and strategies to optimize data integrity
- Create and produce reports
- Act as the Salesforce CRM software ‘superuser’, providing software support to both internal and external users
- Identify modifications required in existing software and amend programs where possible to meet evolving requirements

Essentially, we’re looking for someone who:





- Has prior experience with CRM and sales programs (e.g., Salesforce)
- Has prior sales administration experience
- Strong knowledge in report preparation, analysis, and presentation
- Proficient computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Resourcefulness, creativity, detail oriented and problem-solving skill set
- Transparent, fluent communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously
