As our business continues to grow, we are looking for two motivated individuals to join our Sales Team.

1. Trainee Sales Assistant

We are looking for an organised and motivated Trainee Sales Assistant to support our Sales Team with data entry, administration and general sales support. This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to build their skills, learn our systems and develop a career within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter customer enquiries, orders and information accurately into our systems.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining customer and job records.
- Support the sales team with preparing and processing quotations.
- Assist with order administration, filing and general office tasks.
- Liaise with internal departments to help keep information up to date.
- Learn about our products, manufacturing processes and sales procedures.

Previous experience is not essential. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, develop new skills and grow with our business. Full training and support will be provided. 2. Sales Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Estimator to prepare accurate quotations, interpret technical drawings and work with customers and internal teams to deliver effective manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for customer projects.
- Interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings and assess manufacturing requirements.
- Estimate costs for laser cutting, CNC folding, welding, fittings, powder coating and finishing.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work with production and other internal teams to ensure quotations are accurate and achievable.
- Use estimating and ERP systems to manage enquiries and maintain accurate records.

About You

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, trades or a technical environment is advantageous.
- Experience with estimating software or ERP systems is beneficial.
