We’re a quick growing, national business and we need an energetic, data driven Sales Manager to oversee and scale an established team of 8 outbound specialists.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and develop our outbound sales team, holding them accountable to targets and celebrating their success.
- Use call analytics, conversion trends, and CRM data to find hidden opportunities and optimise performance.
- Continuously improve scripts, lead distribution,



and customer journeys to drive conversions.
- Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain high performing sales talent.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience leading a successful fast-paced sales team. Preferably B2C telesales.
- A coach first mindset, you set high standards, build confidence, and know how to help people win.
- Strong fluency with sales metrics, conversion data, and CRM insights.
- Commercial sharp mindedness, and a passion for hitting targets.
