About the Role

If you're passionate about renewable energy and thrive in a sales environment, this is an excellent prospect to maximize your income while enjoying the flexibility to work your own way.

As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you'll manage your own pipeline, educate customers on government incentives, and help Victorian households and businesses transition to energy-efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Educate customers on renewable energy products and available Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) rebates.

. Close sales on leads provided

· Build and manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing sales.

· Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and self-generated marketing activities.

· Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

· Work closely with the Opt Energy team to ensure a smooth customer experience.





About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Previous sales experience (renewable energy, solar, batteries, heat pumps, air conditioning, home improvement, or a similar industry is highly regarded).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.

· Confidence in generating your own leads and growing your customer base.

· A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

· A smartphone and reliable internet access.

· Knowledge of the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Program is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
