We are seeking a talented Salesperson specialising in Cabinet Sales and Setting Out to join the team at PROFORM PRODUCTS PTY LTD in Malaga, Western Australia. This is a full-time position where you will combine consultative sales expertise with practical cabinet knowledge to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers' design aspirations and our manufacturing capabilities, ensuring each project is expertly configured, priced and delivered to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct consultative sales meetings with clients to understand their space requirements, design preferences and budget constraints
- Prepare accurate cabinet specifications, set-outs and technical drawings that translate customer visions into manufacturing specifications
- Provide expert product recommendations based on functionality, aesthetics, materials and cost-effectiveness
- Generate detailed quotations and sales proposals that clearly communicate product features, benefits and pricing




- Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to order confirmation and project commencement
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and design teams to ensure customer requirements are feasible and optimised
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Attend site visits and measure spaces accurately to inform design and pricing decisions
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person consultations
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotations and orders using company systems
- Stay current with product ranges, design trends and competitor offerings

What we're looking for

- Proven sales experience, ideally within cabinetry, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms or related interior design sectors
- Solid understanding of cabinet design, materials, hardware and manufacturing processes
- Excellent technical drawing interpretation skills and ability to communicate set-outs clearly to clients and manufacturers
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and close sales consistently
- Proficiency in measuring and setting out spaces accurately, with attention to detail
- Competency with Cabinet Vision Design software or CAD systems (desirable but training provided)
- Strong numeracy skills for accurate quotation preparation and pricing calculations
- Excellent communication skills,

- High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address customer concerns and find practical solutions
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites across Perth
- Cabinetmaking or joinery trade qualifications or experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Passion for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
