Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead to lead the design, implementation, migration, testing, and support of Employee Central Payroll solutions. The role requires robust expertise in EC, ECP, payroll processes, integrations, data migration, and stakeholder management to deliver successful payroll transformation programs.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- 8+ years of SAP Payroll experience with at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- SAP HCM Payroll
- Employee Central Integration
- Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- Payroll Schemas, Rules, and Wage Types
- Payroll Posting and Reporting
- Payroll Reconciliation
- Data Migration and Cutover Activities
