- Diagnosing and repairing hardware faults, and handling warranty claims
- Configuring and troubleshooting switches, firewalls and wireless access points
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support to staff and students
- Supporting classroom tech, AV and school events
- Keeping clear documentation and an up-to-date asset register

What we're looking for:

- A reliable and capable I.T operator at Level 2 or above, with a few years (3+) of hands-on experience
- Server administration experience with Windows Server technologies (2012 and newer)

- Desktop setup and deployment, and strong hardware troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with access points and switches, plus networking fundamentals including firewalls, VLANs, DHCP and DNS
- Strong documentation skills and a keen eye for detail
- Well-presented, patient, and able to maintain a professional demeanour
- Physically capable of walking between two campuses (~150 m apart)
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
- Punctual, sharp and dependable
- Confident communicator with clear interpersonal skills
- School or education experience is a plus

Must haves:

- Own vehicle and a current, valid driver's licence (required for travel between nearby campuses), held for the duration of employment
- WWCC (Working with Children Check) or the ability to obtain one, held for the duration of employment
- National Police Check
- Permanent right to work in Australia
- Respect and tolerance for others, and for the values of a religious Jewish school
- Commitment to child safety

This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with an expanding team. We're not just looking to fill a position — we're looking for the right fit: someone who's proactive, adaptable, and genuinely values being part of a close-knit, supportive I.T team.
