Roles and Experience

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll bring confidence, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Section Waiters

- Deliver warm, personable and attentive service to every guest
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of food and menu offerings
- Confidently manage a section of up to eight tables
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be confident with three-plate carrying
- Work effectively within a fast-paced, high-standard restaurant workplace

Bar Tenders

- Deliver outstanding and engaging customer service
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverages,



including wine and spirits
- Work confidently in a fast-paced bar environment
- Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards
- Bring a keen eye for detail and pride in every aspect of service

Previous experience is essential.
