About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a security professional who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, maintaining a safe environment, and building positive relationships with clients, retailers, and visitors.

You will play a key role in supporting daily site operations, responding to incidents, monitoring security systems, and ensuring a professional security presence across the site.

Roster details will be provided for shortlisted candidates.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Maintaining a visible and professional security presence across the site.
- Conducting regular patrols and identifying potential risks or hazards.
- Monitoring Control Room operations, CCTV and alarm systems (preferred experience).
- Responding to incidents, emergencies and requests for assistance in line with procedures.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, retailers and site stakeholders.




- Completing incident reports, site documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Supporting a safe, secure and welcoming setting for customers, staff and visitors.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring security standards are maintained.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Security Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A current RSA certification or willing to obtain one
- Previous security experience, with retail or shopping centre experience highly regarded.
- Experience monitoring CCTV, Control Room operations and alarm systems preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
- A reliable, professional and punctual work ethic.
