We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Lara project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a major civil infrastructure project.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide technical leadership across project delivery, driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes while supporting and mentoring project engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate project engineering activities from planning through to delivery.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor construction methodologies, programmes and project documentation.
- Drive quality, compliance and safety outcomes across the project.
- Support project forecasting, cost control and reporting.
- Identify risks, opportunities and innovative solutions to improve project performance.




- Mentor and support Project Engineers and Site Engineers within the team.

About You

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Engineer on civil infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts and project controls.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver project outcomes.
- Current Australian work rights and ability to complete pre-employment checks.
