TOM People are partnering with a leading entertainment organisation to appoint a Senior Commercial Finance Manager . Reporting to the CFO, this role acts as the commercial finance lead for a major Sydney operation, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, management reporting, business partnering and performance analysis across the business.

Role responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Own management reporting and financial performance analysis
- Partner with operational leaders to improve revenue, margins and profitability




- Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Lead and develop a team of commercial finance professionals
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting and planning processes
- Support strategic initiatives through modelling and business case analysis

About you:

- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong commercial finance, FP&A; or business partnering experience
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Background in entertainment, retail, consumer-facing or complex multi-site businesses highly regarded
