The Opportunity

We're partnering with an established and growing WA construction business with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across the industrial and commercial sectors.

With a solid pipeline of work and continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their commercial delivery team.

The business specialises in projects typically valued between $10m and $40m, including large-scale logistics and distribution facilities, industrial warehouses, specialised infrastructure and technically complex commercial developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Senior CA looking for greater project ownership, autonomy and the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of significant metropolitan developments.

The Role Reporting to senior project leadership, you will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of projects, working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations and contract administration.
- Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow.
- Manage variations, progress claims and subcontractor payments.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.




- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure projects meet commercial objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

About You

- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
- Experience delivering projects valued at $10m+.
- Background in industrial, logistics, warehousing or commercial recent-build projects highly regarded.
- Strong procurement, cost management and contractual administration skills.
- Commercially astute, proactive and confident working autonomously.
- Experience with an established Tier 2 or Tier 3 commercial builder preferred.
