An exciting prospect has arisen for a senior Corporate Lawyer to join a growing and innovative legal practice.

Working closely with business owners, investors, executives and boards, you will advise on a broad range of corporate transactions while playing a key role in mentoring lawyers, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

The Role:

- Advise on M&A; transactions, business acquisitions and disposals.
- Assist with private equity, venture capital and capital raising matters.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including share sale and shareholder agreements.
- Advise on corporate structuring, governance and strategic business initiatives.
- Lead transactions from due diligence through to completion.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers.




- Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives.

About You:

- 10+ years' PAE in Corporate, M&A; and transactional matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated business development capability.
