We have over 50 years' experience in the mining sector and are 100% Western Australian owned and operated. We are currently searching for a Senior Estimator to join a highly talented group of professionals.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Growth and Development your role will cover:

- Review and tender documentation with a thorough understanding of various project scopes.
- Developing the proposals strategy and planning the tender period.
- Issuing subcontract and vendor inquiries and identifying long lead items.
- Selecting contractors for tender.
- Assessing the accuracy of MTO's.
- Preparing cost estimates for tender and submission.
- Ensuring costs for estimates are based on realistic timing and real costs.
- Coordinating estimate, schedule, labour, and equipment resource allocation and delivery strategy.
- Undertaking tender reviews and ensuring deadlines are met.

What you will bring to the role:

- 8+ years proven experience,



ideally having worked with a recognised contractor
- Experience working in the construction, mining, and resource industries on a small to large scale projects.
- Previous experience within the SMP, fabrication disciplines, and across E&I.;
- Proven leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand tender documentation such as drawings, specifications, 3D models, schedules, scope of work.
- Advanced computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Navisworks and Primavera scheduling software (preferable but not essential).
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
