The positions involve 24/7 rosters with day shifts and overnight shifts, delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care to children and young people in statutory care. Offering a base salary of AU$71,000–AU$80,000 per year (pro rata) depending on experience, plus salary packaging, superannuation, and penalty rates.
