About the role

Do you enjoy making a difference and love bringing products to life? Join our beauty and wellness business as a Senior Product Manager, based in Springvale. In this full-time role, you’ll help shape our portfolio and guide products from first idea through launch and beyond. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and E Commerce, with two direct reports to support you, you’ll combine customer and market insights with commercial know-how to create products people love and help the business grow.

What you'll do:

· Develop product strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities

· Analyse markets, competitors and customer needs to identify growth opportunities

· Define product vision, roadmaps, requirements and cross-functional briefs

· Lead concept-to-launch delivery, managing budgets, timelines and resources

· Partner with marketing, sales,



operations and design on positioning and launches

· Track product KPIs and report insights to senior leadership

· Manage stakeholders and communicate progress and strategic decisions

· Champion customer needs and use feedback to improve products

· Assess new products and business models to expand market presence

Who you are:

- 5 years + Product Management experience
- A genuine interest in beauty and wellness, with an eye for products customers will love
- A team player who leads by example, brings people together and builds strong stakeholder relationships
- You’re confident with product management tools and product lifecycle
- You commercially minded, balance customer needs, opportunities and profitability
- Highly organised and adaptable, keeping priorities on track in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and decisive, taking ownership and supporting others to deliver
- Proven experience in Health and Beauty is highly regarded
- FMCG experience, highly desirable.
