Harry Maxwell is partnering with a leading resources contractor to appoint several Senior Project Engineers across major WA mining and infrastructure works. These roles offer long‑term career progression, project ownership and exposure to diverse technical scopes across water infrastructure, mine‑development and NPI construction.

We are seeking Senior Project Engineers across three key discipline areas:

Water Infrastructure & Dewatering

This role leads installation and commissioning of raw water transfer systems, pump stations, dewatering pipelines, standpipe facilities and associated civil, mechanical and electrical works. Ideal for engineers with strong SMP, pipeline or dewatering experience who can manage multiple work fronts and maintain tight control over quality, schedule and safety.

Mine Development & NPI Infrastructure

This position supports delivery of heavy and light vehicle road networks, primary crushing interfaces, overland conveyor connections, water and power services, non‑process facilities and accommodation village construction. Suited to engineers with civil, structural or NPI backgrounds who can coordinate multidisciplinary scopes and navigate complex construction interfaces.

Camp Construction, Modular Buildings & Remote NPI

This role delivers accommodation village expansions, modular building installation, workshop construction and remote NPI works for Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining clients. Ideal for Senior Project Engineers with 5–10+ years’ experience in camp upgrades,



modular construction or village infrastructure. You’ll lead planning, procurement, subcontractor management and execution while mentoring junior engineers and driving commercial and schedule performance.

What You’ll Bring

- Contractor‑side experience delivering construction, SMP, NPI or mine‑infrastructure projects
- Technical capability across civil, mechanical, structural or electrical disciplines
- Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors and multiple work fronts
- Robust planning, scheduling, procurement and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage aggressive timeframes and remote FIFO environments
- Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions‑focused approach
- Engineering qualification or trade background, White Card and valid driver’s licence
