Metcash Trading Limited's K&B; Timber & Hardware unit seeks an ICT Systems Support Officer who will be the first line of contact for IT service requests and incidents across the business. You’ll respond, triage, resolve and escalate issues as needed, supporting daily retail operations. This full time role covers onsite and remote support, device deployment, asset management and continuous improvement projects.
