The Senior Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Brisbane Area, responsible for overseeing a residential property portfolio and delivering high-level client service. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing tenancy lifecycles in a timely and professional manner.

The Senior Property

Manager will provide guidance to junior property management staff, support process improvements, and collaborate closely with the sales and leasing teams to optimize portfolio performance. This position requires proactive communication with owners and tenants, accurate record-keeping, and a strong focus on maintaining long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in residential property management, including end-to-end tenancy management and portfolio oversight.

Robust knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Proficiency with property management software and digital tools for scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation,



and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with owners and tenants.

Effective time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing accurate documentation, reports, and professional correspondence.

A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and representing the McGrath brand standards.

Current real estate registration or license (or eligibility to obtain) in Queensland; valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.

Familiarity with the Greater Brisbane and North Brisbane property markets, including local trends and rental expectations.
