We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Regulatory Policy & Practice Officer to join the NSW EPA. You will review and develop regulatory frameworks, policies, projects and guidance. You will identify and develop strategic and innovative solutions to improve the EPA’s ability to regulate environmental matters and achieve workplace protection more generally across NSW.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills/experience:

- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory practice, environmental protection policy and frameworks, related legislation,



and their application within a government context.
- Strong experience in developing and delivering resources and programs for a range of stakeholder groups and working collaboratively to do so.
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking objective, critical analysis and considering the wider business context when exploring options to resolve issues.
- Demonstrated motivation and adaptability, accompanied by outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
