Position: Senior ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Engineer

Location: Perth preferred, Sydney also an option if the candidate is really good.

Duration: 6+ months

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and improve CMDB health, data accuracy, and governance.
- Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, ACC, and cloud integrations.
- Manage CMDB integrations, IRE rules, Service Graph Connectors, and data imports.
- Monitor and remediate data quality, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle issues.
- Support Software and Hardware Asset Management processes and reporting.

Preferred Experience:

- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with robust expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
- Experience with AWS, CyberArk, and enterprise-scale CMDB environments.
