This is an excellent chance for an experienced Strata Manager looking for more than just portfolio management. The business is continuing to grow and is looking for someone who can become a senior and influential part of the company, with genuine opportunities to take on greater responsibility, mentor other team members and play an important role in the future growth of the business.

The Role

You will take ownership of a well-managed portfolio of approximately 1,000 lots while working within a supportive and collaborative team.

Alongside managing your own portfolio, you will act as a mentor to junior Strata Managers and team members, providing guidance, sharing your industry knowledge and helping develop the next generation of strata professionals.

This role would suit an experienced Strata Manager who is confident running their own portfolio and is looking for the opportunity to progress into a more senior position within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end management of a strata portfolio of approximately 800 lots
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
- Chair and attend AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial requirements




- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and major works
- Ensure schemes remain compliant with NSW strata legislation
- Provide professional advice and practical solutions to committees and owners
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Mentor and support junior Strata Managers and other team members
- Share knowledge and contribute to the development of the wider team
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business

About You:
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager or Senior Strata Manager
- Proven experience successfully managing a substantial strata portfolio
- Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation and industry requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident managing committees and complex strata matters
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A team-focused approach and willingness to support others
- Ambitious and interested in becoming a senior part of a growing business
