Work Unit: Director of Public Prosecutions, Summary Prosecutions
Location: Alice Springs
Primary Objective: Provide high quality legal advice relating to the prosecution of summary matters in the Local Court of the Northern Territory. Provide representation for the prosecution before all courts of the Northern Territory and the High Court of Australia in less complex prosecutions, appeals and related matters. This is a litigation position for an experienced advocate.
