The Role

We're looking for a Trader to join our team. Working across a portfolio of clients, you'll be responsible for the day to day trading, implementation and optimisation of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately, efficiently and achieve agreed business outcomes. You'll work closely with Planning teams, media partners and internal stakeholders to manage campaign deliver, negotiate value, analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement approved media plans accurately and ensure campaigns are delivered on time
- Monitor, optimise and troubleshoot campaign performance to maximise results and delivery outcomes
- Conduct negotiations across paid media channels to maximise value and commercial outcomes
- Analyse campaign and audience data to generate insights, recommendations and performance improvements
- Build strong relationships with media owners, Planning teams and key stakeholders to support campaign success
- Maintain accurate reporting,



financial administration and campaign governance while staying across industry trends and market developments

About you

- Experience in media trading, buying, investment or campaign implementation within a media agency environment
- Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape, trading principals and campaign delivery
- Commercially minded with robust analytical skills and a data led approach to decision making
- Excellent communication, stakehokder management and relationship building skills
- Highly organised, detail-oreinted and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proactive, collaborative and curious, with a passion for media, technology and continuous learning
