Your new role

Spearheaded the origination and execution of complex bilateral and syndicated financing transactions across a diverse corporate client base, new to bank deposit.

Structured tailored capital solutions coordinated syndication processes with participant lenders, and secured lead roles on key debt transactions.

Performed detailed financial and credit analysis, prepared transaction proposals, and partnered with internal risk and operational teams to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies.

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated success in originating and executing bilateral, syndicated, and club lending transactions, with extensive experience leading deals as a Mandated Lead Arranger (MLA)



and Lead Bank.
- Well-established network across the corporate banking landscape and secondary loan market, enabling effective syndication and distribution outcomes.
- Strong leadership capabilities across corporate and commercial lending, with a proven ability to drive business growth and client engagement.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in complex debt structuring, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
