We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department and help drive workshop performance, customer satisfaction and team success.

About the Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Service Department, ensuring efficient workshop performance, positive customer outcomes and a safe, productive work setting.

This role would suit an experienced Service Manager, Workshop Controller, Foreman or senior tradesperson ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the service and repair team

- Manage workshop scheduling, productivity and workflow

- Ensure exceptional customer service and communication

- Monitor department performance, efficiency and profitability

- Coach, mentor and develop team members

- Maintain safety and compliance standards

- Work closely with customers,



manufacturers and suppliers

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous leadership experience in a service, workshop or repair environment

- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- A customer-focused approach with commercial awareness

- Experience managing workflow, productivity and operational performance

- Automotive, caravan, RV or related industry experience will be highly regarded
- A current driver's licence
