Are you an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant looking to work on meaningful digital transformation programs across Australia's Defence and Government sectors?

We're partnering with a leading consulting organisation that continues to grow its national ServiceNow capability and is seeking a number of talented consultants to join the team on a permanent basis. You'll work with some of Australia's most important government and defence agencies, delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that improve services, automate operations, and drive business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Designing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions for Defence and Government clients.
- Working across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and optimisation.
- Collaborating with architects, developers, business analysts and client stakeholders.
- Advising clients on platform best practices and scalable ServiceNow adoption.
- Supporting continuous improvement and innovation across ServiceNow environments.

ServiceNow Module Experience We're interested in consultants with experience across one or more of the following areas:

- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)




- Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)

What We're Looking For
- Solid ServiceNow implementation and consulting experience.
- Experience working with enterprise or government environments.
- Hands-on platform configuration and solution design capability.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work in consulting environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
