Faircloth & Reynolds are inviting applications for our 2027 Apprentice intake. We have multiple Sheet Metal Fabrication Apprenticeship opportunities available to join our Coffs Harbour based team.

About you:

We are seeking a highly motivated applicants with enthusiasm and drive to learn their trade and become a valued member of the Faircloth & Reynolds Team.

Essential Criteria

- Year 10 High school Certificate with robust results in Design & Technology and Mathematics
- You will be hard working and punctual.
- Committed to completing your trade qualification
- Willing to travel out of town.

Desirable Criteria

- Hold a current driver’s licence
- White Card
- Certificate II in related field

About the Positions: Over the course of your 4 year apprenticeship you will undertake a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade. You will complete your formal studies and learn the trade from our highly skilled tradespersons. These positions will be based from our Coffs Harbour Workshop and with installation works on work sites in across NSW.

You will become proficient in the manufacture and onsite installation of air conditioning duct, construction of commercial cool rooms, interpreting detailed job specific drawings and specification, welding (mainly TIG,



but also MIG), operating sheet metal shaping and forming machines, folding, cutting, polishing, grinding and moulding.

Our services include residential, commercial and industrial installation projects, service and maintenance, stainless steel and duct manufacture, catering equipment sales and service.
