To support our continued growth, our Perth branch, located in Welshpool is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:

- Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing the warehouse team and its operations
- Plans and ensures receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch operations are completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Enforces safety procedures, conducts pre-shift briefings, and documents incidents
- Communicates with customers regarding shipping/receiving issues.
- Maintain high level of customer service with internal and external customers
- Liaise with couriers regarding orders and deliveries
- Operating a forklift
- Action stock and order discrepancies, including non-located stock
- Process customer and supplier credits in a timely manner
- Ensures the warehouse is well maintained with clean and efficient work areas
