Key Responsibilities

- Supervise & Lead: Manage a small team of Storepeople on the floor, providing direction and training.
- Daily Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch functions for your area.
- Safety First: Drive 100% commitment to safety, compliance, and keeping a clean, organized DC.
- Hit Targets: Work closely with management to ensure the team meets client specifications and KPIs.

What We Are Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence is strictly mandatory.
- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or senior storeperson role.
- Solid communication skills to motivate a team and drive performance standards.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and warehouse workflows (DG experience is a plus).
