We are recruiting for two positions for our client, an established bathroom, kitchen and home improvement retailer with operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Both positions are based at the company's North Rocks showroom, with full product training, a supportive team and opportunities for internal career development.

Two Positions Available

1. Showroom Sales Consultant – High Commission Potential

Perfect for someone outgoing, confident and motivated by results and earning potential.

This is a consultative, showroom-based sales role. Customers come to you, so there's no cold calling, door knocking or travelling to find recent customers.

You will

- Welcome showroom customers and understand their needs.

- Provide professional product advice and recommend suitable solutions.

- Build customer relationships, follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.

- Develop strong product knowledge through comprehensive training.

- Work towards sales targets and earn attractive commissions based on performance.

No bathroom or building industry experience required!

We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, customer service or other sales backgrounds, including recent graduates with customer-facing part-time experience.

What matters most is your personality, communication skills,



willingness to learn and enthusiasm for sales.

2. After Sales Specialist

Perfect for someone patient, organised and confident in handling customer enquiries and resolving problems.

You will

- Assist customers with after-sales enquiries via phone, email and in person.

- Handle product returns, exchanges, warranty claims and customer concerns.

- Coordinate with internal sales, warehouse and technical teams to resolve issues.

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up outstanding cases.

- Help improve customer service processes and overall customer satisfaction.

This is a customer service-focused position with no individual sales targets.

Previous customer service, call centre or after-sales experience is highly regarded. Strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability and a positive customer service attitude are essential.

What We're Looking For

- Confident, friendly communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.

- Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.

- A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

- Good teamwork and the ability to work in a busy showroom environment.

- Working 5 days per week, including Saturdays, with a day off during Monday to Friday.

You don't need to have worked in the bathroom or kitchen industry before. We value the right attitude, communication skills and potential.
