- Wound Care in North West Tasmania. This permanent, full time role focuses on chronic and complex wound management within the community setting, delivering patient-centred care across multiple sites. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice, and travel within the region as required. Current AHPRA registration and wound care experience are essential.
