Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate Group Facilitator for a permanent, part time role (25 hours/week) at the Step-Up Step-Down residential service in Rockingham. You will co-create, plan, facilitate and evaluate group programs that promote self-exploration, recovery, resilience and wellbeing. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support residents to strengthen skills and improve quality of life, in a safe, non-stigmatising environment.
