We are seeking a high performing, Full Time Stockist to join our Melbourne retail team.

THE ROLE

- Operational & Inventory Excellence: Maintain immaculate stock inventory in peak condition, ensuring an efficient, logical, and safe organisation of the stockroom for both products and packaging.

- Seamless Logistics: Manage incoming stock receptions into the system and process interstate and regional transfers with precision, speed, and absolute accuracy.

- Client-Centric Back-of-House Support: Proactively replenish packaging and floor requirements throughout the day to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waiting times, and support a seamless, luxurious client experience.

- Compliance & Administration: Ensure rigorous accuracy across all stock procedures, including reservations, deposits, and fully paid items.

- Inventory Control: Coordinate weekly cycle counts, investigate and resolve discrepancies proactively, organise bi-annual stocktakes, and remain fully accountable for stock integrity.

ABOUT YOU

- Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse experience,



ideally within the luxury or premium retail sector.

- Agile & Solutions-Focused: A proactive problem-solver who focuses on solutions rather than obstacles, embraces continuous learning, and adapts quickly in a rapid-paced retail environment.

- Collaborative Team Player: Someone who embodies "Less I, More Us"—working proudly as a team, acting with respect and integrity, and supporting colleagues to achieve shared success.

- Champion of Excellence: Highly organised with an obsession for detail, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure, striving to make success inevitable in everything you do.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
