About the role

This full-time Store person role with 3S Lighting is based in Somersby, NSW. Picking and packing parts for production orders, receipting inbound stock and putting it away accurately, preparing freight for courier despatch, and performing stock counts and general warehouse duties. You'll keep the warehouse tidy, organised and safe.

Key responsibilities

- Unloading and loading delivery trucks in a timely and secure manner
- Pick components against bills of materials (BOMs)
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming stock, check against purchase orders/delivery dockets, and put away in correct storage locations
- Organising and managing warehouse storage areas
- Adhering to all health, safety and quality control procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Keep work areas clear, tidy and free of hazards

About you

- Strong organisational and time management skills




- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically capable of manual handling, lifting, and repetitive picking tasks
- Ability to lift weights up to 25kg as part of manual handling duties
- Must possess a current Class LF forklift licence
- Ability to read and work from bills of materials (BOMs), parts lists
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory/stock management systems
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities — balancing production schedules against urgent requests
- Must have valid Australian work rights
