About the role

Evia Yoghurt Co. Pty Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis at our Pemulwuy, NSW facility. This is a strategic position within our purchasing, procurement and inventory operations, where you will play a critical role in optimising our supply chain efficiency and supporting the continued growth of our organisation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse data, identify process improvements, and ensure seamless operations across our procurement and inventory management functions.

Key responsibilities

- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities; providing actionable recommendations to management.

- Analyse supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, production planning and distribution processes.

- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and material availability to support manufacturing requirements.

- Analyse historical sales, production and inventory data to assist with demand forecasting and supply planning.

- Support management in developing data-driven strategies to improve supply chain performance.

- Develop and maintain reports on key supply chain performance indicators.

- Manage third-party logistics providers and evaluate performance against agreed KPIs

- Evaluate supplier performance, procurement processes and material lead times.

- Investigate inventory discrepancies, supply interruptions and operational bottlenecks to give recommendation of improvements to management.

- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of supply chain improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for The successful candidate should demonstrate:

- Relevant professional experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, procurement analysis, production planning or a closely related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience analysing operational data and preparing business reports.





- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant business information systems.

- Understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control and production planning.

- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.

- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.

Experience within food manufacturing, dairy manufacturing or the FMCG industry would be advantageous.
