Forrestfield
I am looking for my next team member, someone who is an early riser and can support me with my daily routines. I am a young man in my late twenties who lives with my family in Forrestfield. My dedicated support team assists me in building my independent living skills at home and supports me to participate in community activities throughout the week.
I am passionate about TV shows, especially Star Wars. I am an athlete with Special Olympics and play Bocce. In my spare time, I also enjoy lawn bowls and a variety of other activities. More importantly, I enjoy caring for my pets and I am a proud uncle.
I am looking for a support worker who shares some of these interests and can help motivate, encourage, and support me in my daily life. At times, I find it difficult to participate in activities or complete everyday tasks. I am seeking a positive role model who can support me in the mornings and help me get ready for work:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00am to 9:00am.
