We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our clients' lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible. You will be travelling around Northern Sydney and Sydney's Northern Beaches in a varied and rewarding role - no two days will be the same!!

Day to day role looks like:

- Supporting and connecting with our clients assisting with day to day in home tasks - cleaning, tidying, washing and other tasks within the client's care plan
- Transport to appointments and shopping
- Meal preparation
- Social Support or Respite for family/carers
- Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)





To be successful in this role you’ll need:

- A genuine passion for providing high quality care to the older Australian's in the community
- To be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Good communication skills
- To be a reliable team player
- To have an understanding of workplace health and safety
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support highly regarded (but not essential)
- An Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle (essential)
