Role Description The Talent Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the discovery, development, and day-to-day management of digital talent. This position involves coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and maintaining explicit communication between talent, internal teams, and external partners.

- End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Execute brand partnerships from start to finish, tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, managing asset approvals, and ensuring flawless posting.
- Talent Support & Logistics: Assist creators with day-to-day operations, calendar management, administrative tracking, and campaign briefs.
- Content Strategy Development: Shadow senior managers to learn how to analyse YouTube performance data, optimise content schedules, and build long-term creator growth strategies.
- Creative & Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Bring fresh, inventive ideas to creator content strategies and brand campaign pitches that stand out in the feed.




- Industry & Brand Tracking: Monitor emerging online talent, competitive brand campaigns, and industry shifts across Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram and other social platforms.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing or digital media.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram, and key creator economy trends.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of social media metrics/analytics (e.g., YouTube Analytics) and project management tools.
- Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Communication & Organization: Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Creative Mindset: A passion for digital culture, creator content, and innovative campaign storytelling.
