Experience in managing a team of trades; solid sense of accountability in delivering quality and timely works and communication; experience of planning and delivering a extensive works program schedule and projects; well-developed monitoring/ tracking approaches and coordination skills.

· Plan, schedule and deliver infrastructure maintenance safely, efficiently

· Scope and deliver capital works and manage Council assets effectively across their lifecycle

· Communicate professionally and act with integrity across all stakeholder interactions

Skills & Experience

· Building trade qualification with significant industry experience

· Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including planning and scheduling works

· Strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation and risk management practices

· Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
