About the Role

As Team Leader – Industrial, you’ll run Receiving and Collections for industrial assets at our Jandakot site. You’ll lead a team of Industrial Operators and Auction Coordinators, and you’ll own the flow of every asset from the moment it arrives until it’s collected, making sure it’s processed accurately, handled safely and delivered with great service.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the yard every day, solving problems, backing your team and keeping things moving.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach and develop your team to build a safe, capable and high-performing crew
- Run day-to-day operations, including receiving, cataloguing, collections, task prioritisation and meeting service deadlines
- Be the go-to in office contact for customers and stakeholders, and resolve issues quickly and professionally




- Track performance against KPIs and use what you learn to lift results and accountability
- Spot inefficiencies and drive practical improvements to how the yard runs
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep site operations running smoothly
- Champion safety, information security and a positive, values-driven culture

About You

You’ll bring

- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational, industrial, yard or warehouse environment
- A hands-on, lead-by-example approach and a genuine commitment to safe work practices and WHS compliance
- A real passion for customer service, plus the confidence to handle disputes calmly and fairly
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative style
- The ability to juggle priorities, meet targets and stay organised under pressure
- A positive, resilient attitude when things change or get challenging
- A current driver’s licence

It would be great if you also have a forklift and/or HC licence (not essential)
